公司成立于1996年4月，致力于文博、档案、图书、金融等系列装具的研发、生产和销售，同时为客户提供藏品库房整体解决方案及一体化服务。
发展至今，已坐拥现代化标准厂房及研发中心30000平方米，全自动数控生产流水线设备10余条。随着技术研发和品牌建设的不断推进，截止目前已获取各类国内国际专利238项，其中欧、美、日、韩等国际发明专利26项，国内发明专利67项，软件著作权8项，另外正在申报中的发明专利14项，专利产业化率达到95%以上。

邦达始终坚持品质卓越、服务至上的发展理念，已累计为3000多家各行业用户提供了专业优质的产品和服务。其中包括中央档案馆、国家图书馆、故宫博物院、中国国家博物馆、南京博物馆、陕西历史博物馆等等。
2010年邦达被评为“中国优秀创新企业”，2019年荣获“浙江省技术发明奖”二等奖。同时，继2016年获得第二届全国“十佳”文博技术产品奖后，又于2020年再次荣膺第六届全国“十佳”文博技术产品及服务奖，并荣登榜首。

The company was established in April 1996 and is committed to the research and development, production, and sales of a series of equipment such as cultural relics, archives, books, and finance. At the same time, it provides customers with overall solutions and integrated services for collection warehouses.

Up to now, it has a modern standard factory building and research and development center of 30000 square meters, and more than 10 fully automatic CNC production line equipment. With the continuous advancement of technology research and brand building, we have obtained 238 domestic and international patents, including 26 international invention patents from Europe, the United States, Japan, South Korea, and other countries, 67 domestic invention patents, 8 software copyrights, and 14 invention patents under application, with a patent industrialization rate of over 95%.

Bangda always adheres to the development concept of excellent quality and service first, and has provided professional and high-quality products and services to over 3000 users in various industries. This includes the Central Archives, National Library, Palace Museum, National Museum of China, Nanjing Museum, Shaanxi History Museum, and more.

In 2010, Bangda was awarded the title of "Excellent Innovation Enterprise in China", and in 2019, it won the second prize of the "Zhejiang Provincial Technology Invention Award". At the same time, after winning the second National "Top Ten" Cultural and Expo Technology Product Award in 2016, it was once again awarded the sixth National "Top Ten" Cultural and Expo Technology Product and Service Award in 2020 and topped the list.
